Assessment centre training

The assessment centre is all about proving your individual fit with the job profile in a short space of time. In the workshop, you will learn how to present your strengths effectively and what assessors pay particular attention to.
You will learn about the traditional procedure of an assessment centre and train promising behaviour in common individual and group exercises. This includes modules such as self-presentation, multimodal interview, case study, role play, mail basket and/or group discussion. You will also learn emotional coping strategies to better deal with stress and exam anxiety.
