Assessment Centre Training on 11–12 September

08/06/2026

Due to the tight labour market, assessment centres are once again being used more frequently to assess candidates comprehensively and in a practical manner. With targeted preparation, you can increase your chances of success and present yourself with confidence and conviction during the selection process.

The aim of the assessment centre is to demonstrate, within a short space of time, how well you match the job requirements. In this workshop, you will learn how to present your strengths effectively and what assessors pay particular attention to.
You will familiarise yourself with the traditional structure of an assessment centre and practise behaviours likely to lead to success in common individual and group exercises. These include modules such as self-presentation, multimodal interviews, case studies, role-plays, the ‘in-tray’ exercise and/or group discussions. You will also learn emotional coping strategies to help you deal more effectively with stress and exam nerves.
