From Oct 2023 to Oct 2026, Prof Dr Dag Nikolaus Hasse will be the Managing Director of the ZPD and Prof Dr Fotis Jannidis his deputy. The ZPD is managed by the following bodies: the Collegial Executive Board, the Extended Collegial Executive Board and the General Assembly.

General Meeting
The General Assembly is made up of all members of the ZPD and is convened at least once a year . It
- receives the annual report on the activities of the ZPD from the College Management,
- discusses the further development of the ZPD,
- discusses proposals for changes to the regulations of the ZPD submitted by the ZPD, which the Senate of the University of Würzburg adopts at the suggestion of the Presidium.
