The "NetzwerkSekretariat" is celebrating its 10th anniversary and is therefore on the agenda itself. There will also be an exchange on current topics.
17th meeting on 3 November 2015 - Presentation of the JMU conflict management team
This time, the JMU's conflict management team will introduce itself. This will be followed by an opportunity for discussion and mutual exchange.

The travelling exhibition deals with the changing everyday working life of university secretaries and covers four subject areas:
- Work content and requirements
- History and development
- Appreciation and pay
- Perspectives and visions.
14th meeting on 6 September 2013 - Visit by the secretaries' group "sekretarianet" from TU Darmstadt
- Meeting and greeting the guests at Würzburg main station
- Official welcome by the University of Würzburg in the Senate Hall of the New University
- Exchange and familiarisation with the networks with specific questions about activities and projects
13th meeting on 26 June 2013:
- Current status of the "VerwaltungsABC"
- Preparation for the visit of the secretaries' group "sekretarianet" from TU Darmstadt in September
- Preparation of the exhibition "Mit Schirm, Charme und Methode - Arbeitsplatz Hochschulbüro" from 16 September to 25 October in the atrium of the New University

Participation in Equal Pay Day 2011:
On 25 March 2011, the Network Secretariat, in collaboration with the Equal Opportunities Officer, took part in the national Equal Pay Day campaign with information events. Information on the event and the background to Equal Pay Day can be found here.

8th meeting on 12 November 2009:
- Evaluation of the open letter with an overview of current developments in collective bargaining
- Information and current status of work on the "VerwaltungsABC"
7th meeting on 23 April 2009:
- Report and discussion on the development status of the "VerwaltungsABC"
- Information & vote on the open letter campaign, launch of the initiative at the University of Würzburg with a large signature campaign with the aim of raising awareness of the situation and working towards the implementation of EU directives.
6th meeting on 18 September 2008:
- Dr Karl Südekum, Head of the University Library, welcomed the secretaries present. In a subsequent presentation, he provided information about the library system and explained that the University Library can be characterised not only as a repository of information and knowledge for the university, but also as a regional and leading library for Lower Franconia.

5th meeting on 10 April 2008:
- Development status of the "VerwaltungsABC"
- Presentation of the Continuing Education Unit by Dr Gabriele Geibig-Wagner (Team Leader and Coordination of University Teaching). The presentation provides an overview and a review of the university's continuing education programme and concept.
4th meeting on 21 May 2007:
- "Reorganisation of the administration", presentation by the then Chancellor, Ms Mikoteit-Olsen, of the University. The Chancellor answered questions from the secretarial staff through the Chancellor
- "How to recognise depression" Presentation by Dr Stefan Oschmann, Head of the Psychotherapeutic Counselling Centre of the Student Union
- First results of the "VerwaltungsABC"
3rd meeting on 19 March 2007:
- Presentation by Dipl. Psych. Katja Beck-Doßler from the Addiction Counselling Centre on the topic "Interface Secretariat - What do I have to do with addiction prevention?". The addiction counselling centre presents its tasks and issues.
- First discussions on the "Administrative ABC"
2nd meeting on 22 November 2006:
- Specialist presentations from the subject area of central administration / finance with the speakers Mr Gödel and Mr Spahn. Questions from the areas of finance and customs were answered.
