Seminar: Fit under stress
Hamster wheel. Stress. Everyone wants something. To do's. Time pressure. Life can be a challenge. Sure, there's free stress, which we cope with well. And then there's the other kind that sneaks up on us and saps our energy reserves. Our brain reacts to stress - still - with stone-age equipment, which rarely provides optimal solutions in everyday life.
There is something ... exactly! Everyone has the ability to deal creatively with stress. We do a lot of things right intuitively. And it may be useful to learn about some new, simple techniques that are suitable for everyday life, which make it possible to recognise the hamster wheel and to learn what I can control myself and how, and when I can get off.
