12/15/2025The programme begins with a four-hour workshop by the Career Centre, where participants learn how to analyse their potential and improve their self-presentation skills so that they can go into their meetings with mentors with a clearer idea of what they want. The seminar is also open to students who are not participating in the mentoring programme.
Topics of the workshop are
- Identifying and recognising your own potential, concretising it and implementing it (more) consistently
- Self-perception and perception of others (the Johari window)
- What motivates me?
- Personal success and career planning
- Formulating and realising goals
Mentoring programme
The mentoring programme brings students or mentees together with alumni or mentors from the University of Würzburg.
The mentors pass on their experience to the mentees and offer career guidance or support in starting a career.
