Design Thinking Basics
How to develop really good solutions together with others!
Design thinking as a user-centred and team-oriented working method has become increasingly popular in German companies and organisations in recent years. Traditionally used as a framework for the development of new products and services, design thinking is now often a catalyst for change towards a more innovative, creative and agile corporate culture.
With this training, we invite you to experience Design Thinking first-hand as part of a team. On this day, you will work in a team on a specific question and go through a complete design thinking cycle. Apart from a healthy dose of curiosity and a willingness to experiment, you don't need any special prior knowledge.
Your own experience and experimentation will be at the centre of the entire training course. Brief impulses provide the theoretical background and you can then try everything out for yourself.
Learning content
- The core elements of Design Thinking
- The perspectives on innovation
- Objectives and relevant methods of the individual phases in the Design Thinking process
- Reflection on what you have learnt and transfer to your everyday (working) life
After the training, you will have ...
- gone through the basic steps of a typical work cycle in Design Thinking
- experienced the (team) work culture associated with Design Thinking at first hand
- learnt about and applied relevant methods (research, creative, prototyping and validation methods)
- reflected on how you can apply what you have learnt for yourself
