Image Processing with Python

The main focus of this workshop will be on using the Python scikit-image package.

scikit-image is a collection of algorithms for image processing. It is available free of charge and free of restriction.

Requirements: Participants should be familiar with Python and ideally have already participated in a Software Carpentry workshop.
