VHB OPEN
At VHB OPEN you will find shorter courses (approx. 1 SWS) with which you can practice German at different levels. The OPEN courses work like self-study courses, i.e. they run completely online (without video conferences and lecturers).
You cannot earn credits (ECTS) on these courses.
The courses are free of charge for all participants.
You can register for a course at any time.
Students and employees of the University of Würzburg and the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) can log in directly to https://open.vhb.org/ with their university login and then register for a course (see step 2 below).
Persons without university account have to proceed as follows:
