Bayresq.net Symposium „New Strategies against Multi-Resistant Pathogens“

The research groups led by Cynthia Sharma, Jörg Vogel and Franziska Faber are actively involved in this Bavarian research network with innovative projects.

From February 22 - 23, 2024, the research network "New strategies against multi-resistant pathogens through digital networking" organized an international symposium at the Biomedical Center (BMC) of Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Around 140 international guests from academia and industry presented and discussed new approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of bacterial infections. Würzburg was strongly represented - Cynthia Sharma and Jörg Vogel were both invited as speakers, Franziska Faber moderated one of the sessions.
