University of Würzburg supports its academic staff particularly in the three fields of development:

Many of these offers have already existed within JMU for many years in the various institutions and at different locations of JMU. The JMU Research Academy showcases all these offers on these websites to facilitate the search for fitting thematic measures or measures suitable for the corresponding career phases.

In addition, the JMU Research Academy supplements the extensive range of offers in particular with formats from the areas of research support, leadership as well as self- & career management. It also extends the university's counseling, coaching and mentoring offers.
