DIMENSIONS OF DEVELOPMENT

The University of Würzburg supports the development of its academic staff particularly in these three fields:

• Interpersonal and leadership skills as well as
• Personal and career skills
   

Many of the opportunities that are being offered have already existed for many years in the various institutions and at different organisational units within JMU. The JMU Research Academy lists all these opportunities on these pages in order to make it easier for staff members to find programmes that fit their needs in the individual areas or that are suitable for their current career phase.

In addition, the JMU Research Academy supplements the extensive range of opportunities with programmes in areas including research support, leadership as well as self- and career management. It also offers counselling, coaching and mentoring services in addition to those already on offer at JMU.
