KoWinChi is a BMBF-funded project that sensitises scientists and research support staff in dealing with Chinese research partners. The workshops are open to employees at research institutions in the Main-Franken region.
This workshop will address the following topics:
Overview of China's national innovation system, including policies, actors and regional differences.
Recognition that China's innovation goes beyond imitation of knowledge, as evidenced by high patent numbers.
Reflection on participants' co-operation experiences with China and discussion on the relevance of co-operation to their work or institution.
