GRK Workshop
26.04.2017The GRK 2112 organised a workshop „Attention please! Effective leadership skills through gender competence, presence and status behaviour in communication.” This workshop which took place on 6th/7th April was especially for students of the GRK 2112 to gain further qualification in the field of “Soft Skills”.
The participants were invited to successfully expand their communication scope for their daily work routine. The convincing effect of their communication skills and furthermore effective appearance and management techniques were trained.
The profit for the students was manifold: to be aware of the effect of their conversation techniques and their personal appearance, as well as to know about leadership skills is very important for the daily work routine. After the workshop, the students were able to interpret different situations and develop specific personal strategies to handle future challenges adequately.
