SCIAS event: Public discussion on the topics migration and flight

The topics of migration and flight continue to move Europe, increasingly so since 2015 and especially since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which triggered a movement of refugees within Europe.

The public discussion event "Würzburger Gespräch im SCIAS zum Thema Migration und Flucht" on October 25 in the Welz-Haus will take place at the invitation of the SCIAS Board of Directors, Prof. Bröcker, Prof. Holzgrabe and Prof. Erler. Representatives from various disciplines will give a brief introduction to various aspects of the topic of migration and flight. After the expert impulses, there will be room for discussion and personal reflection. The aim of the SCIAS event is to look at a common topic from different disciplinary perspectives and to start an interdisciplinary discussion.

All interested parties are cordially invited to take part in the event and discuss with experts. The discussion evening will be followed by a small reception in the foyer of the Welz-Haus. Please register for the event by October 23, 2023 by sending an email to: scias-office@uni-wuerzburg.de
