E-Portfolio

Directly to Mahara

Mahara is an e-portfolio software that allows users to create digital portfolios in which they can document, reflect on, and present their learning and work processes during seminars.

Mahara offers functions such as hyperlinks, blog and journal entries, file attachments, comment and feedback options, keywording, and the embedding of multimedia content.

Your content remains independent as artefacts in the system and can therefore be integrated into different e-portfolios. Online working groups can also be created in Mahara for collaboration. In addition, each user can decide who has access to an e-portfolio.

You are also welcome to send specific questions by email to mahara@uni-wuerzburg.de .

SEED - Scenarios for the Use of ePortfolios in Digital Learning

Further support in using e-portfolios, as well as dates and offers for teachers, can be found at the SEED  project. The SEED project team is there to support you in your work with e-portfolios. Their goal is to make e-portfolios easily accessible to teachers and students. In the course of the project, various materials will be provided to help you get started with e-portfolios. You can contact the project team at any time if you would like to try out e-portfolios in your teaching and are looking for advice.
