Qualification
The RTG TESDA has the strategy to foster a high degree of scientific excellence and independence, advance the doctoral students’ national and international networks and support their visibility, develop individually adapted career paths within or outside academia, and strengthen personal development.
The Research Training Group offers a tailored qualification program to the doctoral researchers. The qualification program will include courses of a maximum of six semester hours during the semester, four spring/summer schools and regular TESDA events, which promote networking with external researchers and stakeholders. Networking with the international research community is also facilitated by renowned international cooperation partners who are associated with the Research Training Group.
The RTG TESDA is aimed at achieving equity in research by a) supporting female early career researchers in the strategic planning and advancement of their careers, b) facilitating the balance of a research career and family life, and c) promoting an inclusive culture and raising awareness for diversity within our RTG.
