In the personnel development strategy adopted in 2025 Professional Development Strategy adopted in 2025 formulates four strategic and one overarching goal for the period 2025-2030 . In addition, the framework conditions and institutional context for the systematic implementation of both the individual objectives and the overall strategy are described in detail. In this way, the strategy forms the binding basis for all HR development activities and measures.
It is supplemented by other university-wide concepts and regulations, including the current equal opportunities concept, the equal opportunities concept for the academic support area, the internationalisation strategy, the tenure-track regulations and the diversity concept.
