Junior Professorship Forum
Junior professors and junior research group leaders have been meeting every six months since summer 2024 to discuss current issues, tasks and problems as part of the cross-faculty "Junior Professorship Forum".
The special thing about the new format is that the participants can determine the topics of their meeting themselves - it is then coordinated and organised by Professional Development. It is important that it is a confidential exchange at eye level. The forum is intended, for example, to further concretise individual development plans and to discuss current issues and challenges with peers. A meeting is held every autumn and spring, for which interested parties can register.
