It centres on the support of an experienced leader - your mentor - who will accompany you over a set period of time. The aim is to strengthen you in your professional and personal development.

In addition to this exclusive individual support, our mentoring programmes offer a framework programme that accompanies you throughout the entire duration of the programme. It gives you the opportunity to further develop your skills and exchange ideas with other scientists.
