This workshop will explore one of the challenges that the specific recommendations of the European Commission on university
systems pose: improving their ability to support students in the acquisition of creative and critical thinking skills necessary to build
new professional “broadband” epistemologies. The following questions are being answered through the contributions of various
researchers of adult learning and education studying creativity from a practice-based, cultural and distributed perspective:

  •  How to help university students develop creative and critical thinking skills that enable them to learn to move in constantly changing work scenarios?

  • What tools and techniques to use to assess their acquisition levels and learning outcomes?

  • Through which creative, analogical, and digital methodologies, future adult educators and teachers can build reflective skills

  • What are the methods, techniques, and tools that future adult educators and teachers can use to design creative learning experiences?
