The GSiK Certificates

The GSiK certificates are proof, issued by the University of Würzburg, that you have engaged and qualified in the important field of intercultural competence! Since the winter semester 20/21 you can also acquire a certificate "Sustainability and Global Responsibility".

To obtain a GSiK certificate, you can put together your personal event programme from the GSiK event pool, depending on your time and interests. While choosing, you should keep the requirements for the respective certificate in mind.

You can participate in the GSiK programme any time you are enrolled at the JMU.

How to get a certificate

Participate

Registration:

Participation in the GSiK project does not require a general registration in the programme. The events are open to students of all disciplines and degree programmes. Registration for specific seminars and workshops are to be made via WueStudy. Generally, you can participate in lectures without registration!

ECTS points:

In some GSiK seminars you can achieve a GSiK point and ECTS credits for your degree programme at the same time. The responsible lecturer determines the prerequisites for passing the seminars!
