Energetische Anforderungsprofile sportlicher Leistungen

Energetische Anforderungsprofile geben Aufschluss über die absoluten und relativen Beiträge der aeroben, anaerob-laktaziden und anaerob-alaktaziden Energiebreitstellung für eine bestimmte sportliche Leistung. Dadurch liefern sie wichtige Informationen zu benötigten Leistungsvoraussetzungen, für die spezifische Gestaltung von Trainingsprozessen und für die adäquate Wahl spezifischer Tests in der Leistungsdiagnostik. Besonders bei intermittierenden und hochintensiven Belastungen kommt es zu einer komplexen Interaktion der verschiedenen Energiebereitstellungswege, auf die durch indirekte Parameter wie absolute Blutlaktatwerte oder maximale Herzfrequenzwerte nur unzureichende Rückschlüsse gezogen werden können. Das Projekt beschäftigt sich daher mit der Erstellung und Analyse valider energetischer Anforderungsprofile bei intermittierender sportlicher Belastung sowie zu Tests der anaeroben Ausdauer.
