You can apply for an Arabic language certificate at the link below.
Please note the information and requirements.

The Language Centre offers the opportunity to recognize foreign language achievements acquired at a foreign university. Please follow the link to the recognition procedure

According to LPO I (version of 13 March 2008), students of selected subjects in teacher training programs in Bavaria must provide proof of foreign language skills at various levels in order to be admitted to the 1st State Examination. Further information can be found here

After the successful completion of the course, course participants will receive a certificate of achievement, which will be issued in digital form with a verification code and sent by email (to the stud-mail address).

You can find information about our self-study program here

So far, there has been a supervised self-study project for Arabic at the Language Centre, in which native-speaking tutors have accompanied and supervised interested beginners in using the self-study offer in our media library. The in person Arabic course is not intended to replace this offer but to link the two forms of learning.

An Arabic tutorial is therefore offered to accompany the in person courses. Of course, it can also be attended by students who are not enrolled in a course.

Where? in the Language Centre media library

When? Registration via sb@home

Course participants will be able to use the tutorial to:

  • clarify questions that have arisen in class individually
  • use additional materials, receive individual training
  • do pronunciation exercises & writing training
  • receive support in writing and correcting written assignments from class

For participants in the "self-study project Arabic":

  • independent introduction to the language with individual, native-speaker support
  • pronunciation exercises & writing training
  • correction of small tasks and exercises by the tutor
