RNAmed visited RNA-DECO winter meeting in Innsbruck, Austria

It was the fourth RNAmed meeting and an exciting participation: On February 1 and 2, 2024, the RNAmed students had the opportunity to join the SFB RNA-DECO winter retreat at the University of Innsbruck, Austria. RNA-DECO comprises twelve Austrian research groups that investigate the impact of RNA modification on RNA structure and metabolism.

Taking place right at the river Inn with a picturesque view of the Alps, the two-day retreat provided the RNAmed students with the possibility to attend multi-disciplinary talks, exchange ideas with renowned researchers such as Prof. Mark Helm (University of Mainz), and present their own scientific work in the form of posters and talks.
