Recent trends in continuing training in European companies
Continuous vocational education and training (CVET) is considered as a fundamental strategy for companies to cope with the increasing market volatility and the speed of technological innovations. In this lecture, we will provide an overview of the CVET promoted by European countries and discuss the specificities that it takes on in the European context, based on the dominant capitalism variety in each country.

The speech will take place in a hybrid mode: Online (via Zoom) and on Campus (University of Würzburg, Bibliotheks- & Seminarzentrum, Room 00.212, Josef-Martin-Weg, 97074 Würzburg).
