Form for submitting events
Please use the following form to submit your events for the university's central calendar of events. In this calendar, we only announce free, publicly accessible events that are organised or co-organised by university institutions.
Special case of lecture series
If you would like to send us a lecture series , please proceed as follows:
- Enter the full title of the lecture series in the title field .
- Enter the first event under Date .
- Note all the individual dates, titles and descriptions of your lecture series in the Description field.
Note for Zoom events
To make your Zoom meeting more secure, you should not distribute the meeting join link publicly. Instead of publishing the Zoom link (incl. meeting ID and password) on social media, we therefore recommend setting up a registration for interested parties. This will ensure that participants can register and the Zoom link can then be sent to participants.
