Order form for the Calendar of the University of Würzburg
The university calendar provides information about important dates at JMU in the coming year - from the study information day and the university's foundation festival to the closing times at the end of the year. It also lists public holidays and school vacations in Bavaria.
You can choose between two formats: Wall calendar (100 x 70 cm) and desk calendar (DIN A3).
Order Deadline
The order deadline was 31 October. If you are still interested in a calendar, please send an email to assistenz-presse@uni-wuerzburg.de.
Please note
Contrary to the previous announcement, the 2026 calendar will still be designed in the old corporate design and is therefore expected to be sent out from mid-December. Please take into account the closing days of the university and thus also of the post offices. This may lead to the circumstance that your calendar will not be sent out until January.
Please bundle the orders per department / institute / chair. The Press Office will only send the university calendar via the university's internal mail.
