Inclusion agreement of the University of Würzburg

The inclusion agreement is a collective regulation that comprises a whole bundle of measures to preserve jobs and employment. It focuses primarily on the topics of personnel planning, workplace and working environment design, work organisation and working time regulations for people with disabilities.

The inclusion agreement is an important element of disabled people's rights; it can be a decisive instrument for improving the situation of disabled employees and for a long-term and systematic representation policy. The agreement forms the central planning and control instrument in the area of the integration of disabled people into the workplace for the organisation of an integrative personnel policy and for the control and design of company integration and rehabilitation processes.
