Structures

With the aim of developing the University of Würzburg into a “healthy university,” a structure was created in which key players can network and effectively develop and implement ideas together.

The steering group sets the overarching goals, prioritizes, approves concepts, and decides on the implementation of measures. In particular, it is responsible for overseeing the (further) development of the health management system and its integration into the university. The steering group is supported by an advisory board.

The network of stakeholders consists of representatives from other health-related institutions. In consultation with the steering group, they develop concepts, ideas, and measures for the various topics.

The  Healthy University office team is primarily responsible for coordinating and organizing all internal and external processes (coordination, networking, public relations, quality management) and is responsible for health reporting. It also organizes action days and events.
