Processes

The Healthy University office team is primarily responsible for coordinating and organizing all internal and external processes.

Communication & Public Relations

Goals:

  • Promote awareness of health management and its measures and offerings
  • Raise awareness of the wide range of health topics

 

Communication channels:

Attendance:

  • Information stands/presentation of the offer at existing events 
  • Organization/implementation of own events

Quality management

  • The steering group defines goals and areas of action.
  • The network and the topic-specific working groups of the Healthy University plan, organize, and implement the various measures.
  • Upon request, the office supports the network's stakeholders (implementation of objectives, internal communication) and compiles the evaluation results.
  • Together with the network, requirements are derived from this.
  • The steering group discusses the needs presented, evaluates the measures, defines new goals if necessary, and decides on measures.

Cooperation partners

  • The network of stakeholders holds regular exchange and networking meetings.
  • Topic-specific internal university networking and cooperation
  • Cooperation with other external institutions, regional providers, and health insurance companies
