Mitmach-Challenge - Welches Team trifft sich am häufigsten?
Start together. Move together. Keep going together.
Let's get ready is the annual motto of the Healthy University 2026.
Who hasn't thought about getting more movement? That's exactly what our challenge at the start of the year is all about. It supports you in putting this resolution into practice - as a team and with fixed running meetings. Step by step, exercise will become an integral part of your everyday life.
The focus is on joint action: getting moving together, motivating each other and enjoying each other's progress as a group. The running performance takes a back seat for the time being, the important thing is continuity and community.
The Residenzlauf on 26 April offers the opportunity to crown what has been achieved in the three months with joint participation and thus set a visible sign of joint success.
The challenge starts on 26/01/2026
- You bring more movement into your life
- This improves your well-being - just 10 minutes of brisk walking has been proven to lift your mood
- Exercising together is motivating and fun
- You support each other to keep going as a team
Be regularly active together over 12 weeks.
What counts in the challenge is not how fast you run, but how regularly you are active together - regardless of whether you arrange to meet up for a run, walk or stroll .
The decisive factor is therefore how often you meet up as a team.
More exercise, more togetherness, more well-being, more fun ;-)
It's worth registering quickly
-
The first 3 teams to register will receive a running training session with an experienced running coach
Focus: running tips, motivation, dialogue
A shared experience for the team that has met the most times
-
At the end, the team that has completed the most running meetings will receive a meal together
1. put together a team and choose a team captain
- 6-11people, whether university employees or students
- The team captain is the contact person for us
2. set a fixed date for your running meeting
- A fixed date creates commitment. It is important that it takes place at the same time every week.
- Regularity is more important than duration or pace
- Even short meetings count
3. the team captain registers you
> Registration for the join-in challenge
> You will receive further information, e.g. on the documentation of your training dates and on the support of the challenge by the Healthy University stakeholders, after registration
4. start running together
Your joint exercise units count from 26.01.2026 to 26.04.2026.
Have fun!
