User request

WueDMS offers users a wide range of functions and options for mapping your document storage and work processes. However, if you find that certain functionalities for implementing your internal processes are missing, you can submit a WueDMS user request to us. The user requirements are aimed at organisational units that have already completed the implementation project.

We will provide you with a request form  (German only) for your request, which you should complete and send to the WueDMS team by e-mail.

After reviewing and checking your request, you will receive feedback from us on the extent to which it can be fulfilled and implemented.
