Opening of the KMG – Collegium Modern and Contemporary Studies with a Reading by Elisabeth Bronfen

On Wednesday, 22 May 2024, at 18:00 in the Schelling Forum of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities, the official opening of the newly founded cross-faculty Collegium Modern and Contemporary Studies (KMG) will take place.

The welcome address by the Dean, Prof. Dr Thomas Baier, and the presentation of the research group by the speakers, Prof. Dr Catrin Gersdorf and Prof. Dr Stephanie Catani, will be followed by a reading with the renowned literary and cultural scholar Prof. Dr Elisabeth Bronfen . She will present her debut novel "Händler der Geheimnisse" (Dealer of Secrets) (Limmat 2023).
