Cooperations
Cooperation is very important to us in order to offer a variety of topics for students from a wide range of disciplines and pupils from various types of schools.
Accordingly, we maintain a large number of collaborations within the university and beyond. By working together with our partners in the university's specialised didactics and education departments, we are able to offer students the right preparation for working with "their pupils". The lecturers build the bridge from theory to implementation on site, incorporating theoretical knowledge, refreshing specialist knowledge, comparing different methods and contact with practitioners (teachers). The practical experience is rounded off by the process of conception - implementation under real conditions - evaluation and reflection.
With a focus on the connecting schools and science, the LehrLernGarten is partner in the "Netzwerk Wissen". Here, students can find scientific support for their own research projects in a school context.
We are in dialogue with our partners in the non-university environmental education sector, for example through the "Forum Umweltbildung Unterfranken", so that we can mutually benefit from a wide range of experiences and new methods or offer joint teacher training courses. Networking with the "AG Bildung" of Botanical Garden is also very important, as this award-winning network supports the anchoring of education for sustainable development in botanical gardens through exchange and further training.
