Student Assistant (m/f/d) – International Office, University of Würzburg

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented student to support our mobility and student management team. Tasks include document handling, database maintenance, email correspondence with students, and helping digitize internal processes. You may also assist with web content, social media, and event organization.
You should be enrolled at the University of Würzburg for at least 3–4 more semesters, have strong German and English skills, and be confident using Word and Excel. Experience abroad (e.g. Erasmus), with databases (Access), or Typo3 is a plus.
