Online mindfulness (offer in german)
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) was developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn as a group mindfulness program. It has been proven to help focus and improve overall wellbeing.
We offer the mindful afternoon with live online exercises for more mindfulness in everyday working life. Those interested can meet online on Wednesdays from 16:00 - 16:20.
