Internship in the field of PR/Marketing at the Deutsch-Amerikanisches Institut Nürnberg

The DAI Nürnberg is a non-profit cultural center that has served as a contact point for Franconians regarding U.S. American topics for over 75 years. As an official American Space, the DAI provides an intercultural meeting place and English library for Germans, Americans, and international citizens of all ages. Through its programming, it provides information about American history, politics, and cultural life in the U.S. as well as engaging in current and historical German American affairs, working to further the German American friendship. Candidates for the internship in the field of PR/Marketing have an academic background or experience in PR and /or m arketing as well as social media management. They ideally also have an interest in American culture or the English language. The DAI Nürnberg welcomes candidates who are motivated, friendly, responsible, creative, and eager to help foster the German American friendship with the team. The DAI is seeking German nationals, U.S. nationals, and international students who are currently enrolled in a German or American university to support them as a public relations and marketing intern. The duration of the internship is 8-12 weeks, 4 days per week. Schedules will be determined individually. For Americans and international students, knowledge of German is an advantage. All applicants must be fluent in English (C1). The internship position is unpaid.
