Need Help with WueStudy?

Email us at wuestudy@uni-wuerzburg.de and provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your student ID number and degree programme (if you are a staff member: your JMU account and organisational unit)
  • If the problem you have encountered is related to a registration for an assessment: the assessment concerned (title, number: 6 digits, starts with a 3)
  • If the problem you have encountered is related to a course: the 8-digit number of the course concerned and the semester
  • If the problem you have encountered is related to a module: the complete abbreviation of the module concerned (format: NN-XXX-m01)
  • The date and time on which the error occurred
  • The text of any error message you may have received
  • The URL of the web page on which the error occurred (copy the link from the address bar of your browser)
  • A screenshot (if possible)
