Office Communication in English - Upper Intermediate Course

This course is designed for participants who have successfully completed the “Office Communication in English – Intermediate Course” in previous semesters and for all English language learners who frequently communicate in English in the workplace. Participants registering for this course should already be able to express themselves in familiar workplace contexts. Course topics will include reading and writing emails, communicating effectively on the telephone, improving listening comprehension, but also expressing ideas and opinions, and communicating more fluently with English-speaking students, professors, and guests. However, topics are flexible based on the participants’ specific workplace needs and interests.

This course will incorporate the e-learning platform WueCampus which the instructor will use to share relevant course material and helpful resources. By the end of the course, participants will be able to handle different workplace communication situations and express themselves more clearly and precisely in English.
