    We invite excellent young scientists to apply for one of 13 open PhD positions starting from November 2021.

    Positions are available for a duration of 3 years and payment is based on the German TV-L scale (E13, 65%).

    The RTG 2660 offers the unique opportunity to join a strong interdisciplinary team of researchers with a shared interest in studying approach and avoidance on multiple descriptive, interferential, and analytical levels with a strong focus on translational research.

    The RTG 2660 is well embedded in the highly active neuroscience community in Würzburg and can rely on a broad, state-of-the-art technological and methodological infrastructure for experiments in animal models as well as for human experimental studies and research on patients. The program is complemented by seminars, courses, hands-on workshops, writing and presentation training as well as mentoring and career development opportunities.
