    Feedback

Offering two new feedback and survey services, ProfiLehre supports you in establishing an open atmosphere of communication between yourself and your students. Including students by offering them different ways to provide feedback is intended to both stimulate the dialogue about learning objectives, didactic methods, and teaching materials during the course of the semester and also maintain the focus on these aspects after it has ended. Through tactful, constructive, and motivating feedback, previously unrecognized obstacles and problems in learning and teaching can be discovered and suggestions for improvement can be discussed by both sides.

In order to promote the establishment of a collective learning and teaching climate, ProfiLehre offers all specialization level course participants the following quantitative and qualitative methods for obtaining feedback on their teaching:

    Surveys customized for your course

Following a short preliminary discussion, ProfiLehre will create a questionnaire which is uniquely tailored to your requirements and those of your course.

    TAP (Teaching Analysis Poll)

The goal of the TAP (Teaching Analysis Poll) qualitative feedback method is to encourage feedback processes between teachers and students through moderation by an unbiased mediator.

The current seminar program includes courses focusing on methods for obtaining feedback in education. As a participant in these courses, you will not only become familiar with the theoretical framework of the topic of evaluation, but will also receive an overview of specific methodological approaches  you can use to directly acquire feedback from the students during the lecture itself.
