    Implementation of the Inverted Classroom

The inverted classroom functions via the allocation of face-to-face teaching – independent study, but with its sign reversed. The task of students is now the acquisition of knowledge outside the classroom, for the purpose of its subsequent application within the classroom context together with an instructor. This shift is necessarily accompanied by a role change in the course context on the part of the teacher, who no longer functions as a lecturer, instead lending support to the learners with advisement and supervision. Thus, the place of instructors in the inverted classroom is not at the lectern, but rather among the students themselves.
