Perspective leadership
for young researchers

  • JMU Research Academy provides a modular leadership training for (advanced) doctoral students and early postdocs.
  • You can take part in a basic leadership module as well as additional further workshops to prepare oneself for future leadership positions.

Human Resource Management &
Supervision

  • JMU Research Academy provides a modular leadership training for junior group leaders, junior professors and newly appointed professors.
  • All researchers who already act in a leadership position can take part in a special basic leadership module as well as in various further workshops.
