Your academic results during your stay in the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg will be recorded in the Transcript of Records and it will be sent to you and your home University. The International Office provides you with your Transcript of Records only upon request. You will receive an email with an online form to apply for a transcript of records each semester.
If you missed the deadline for the transcript request please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For students of Business Administration/Economics, Medicine and Law: The Transcripts for courses of these Faculties will be issued directly by the Faculty coordinators:

If you took courses at the Language Centre (Sprachenzentrum), courses within WELP, or courses at other faculties in addition to your courses from Business Administration, Medicine, or Law, you must submit these courses on the online request form. Thus, you will receive 2 Transcripts: one from the faculty and another one from the International Students Office!
Please contact the instructor of the course. Only she/he has the authority to make a change to the grade. If the grade changes, we need a notification of this from the lecturer her-/himself (e.g. via e-mail or by issuing a new certificate (”Schein”)).
Please send us proof of your arrival and departure dates (bus/train ticket, etc.). In addition, please send us the COS template from your home university. We can then confirm your stay.
Of course, please send us both documents to this e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then merge them into one document and issue it. If you also need the original document in addition to the scan, please let us know the postal address.
Please try to contact the lecturer again via e-mail. If you have not received a feedback within 2 weeks, please contact us again. We will see what we can do then.
Please send us the certificates of the courses you have taken, which you have received from the respective lecturers. We can then compare the information and issue your transcript of records.
Please tell us where the error lies and the correct data to be entered insteadvia e-mail (email@example.com). We will then be happy to change the transcript. In order to adjust the grade or ECTS credits awarded, we need the confirmation of the lecturer of the corresponding course.
We can delete the course from your transcript for you or mark it as "failed". Please check with your home university whether they require proof of the failed exam or just the final ECTS score.
Please write an e-mail with your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a template of the document to fill in. In addition, we need the certificates for the courses you have attended. Please also send us all of those so that we can process your request quicker.
Please leave the field blank if you do not know the course number. We will add it later according to the course catalogue.
