SCIENTIA Coaching prepares female scientists for their appointment or for their next career step. This process-oriented form of counselling encourages reflection on all topics related to professional identity and strengthens leadership skills on an individual basis.
Format: Individual coaching to further profile management and leadership skills.
Procedure:
- Initial discussion on goals and main topics of coaching
- Up to 5 coaching sessions of 90 minutes each
