Career is usually equated with continuous professional advancement. In order to be primed for the requirements of the global job market, we, however, regard career as a continuously changing process of actively shaping one’s professional and personal development as a “global citizen”.
Therefore, we are above all interested in supporting the students with the process of acquiring competencies. Creating a competence profile is the basis for a comprehensive performance development and implies a lot of advantages. During job interviews, notably, knowing one’s competence profile and presenting it in an authentic way is most helpful and a simple strategy of self-marketing.
