In this seminar, you will work on your self-concept, learn to let go of wrong old behavioural patterns and strengthen your self-esteem and resilience. Resilience is the ability to adapt mentally, emotionally and behaviourally to the situation and environment despite adverse circumstances and to emerge stronger. The basis for this is healthy self-confidence.

Contents:

  • How does our self-concept develop?
  • The connection between self-confidence, self-worth, self-efficacy, basic trust and attachment patterns.
  • The innate characteristics of our personality with a short BIG Five test.
  • The levels of our experience and their effects on our behaviour.
  • Recognising and changing our own dysfunctional beliefs.
  • The inner child according to Stefanie Stahl with its dysfunctional protective strategies.
  • Exercises to heal the wounded inner child.
  • Exercises to increase self-esteem and the most important factors influencing resilience:

o Self-regulation
o Meaning and value orientation
o Optimism and confidence
o Social contacts
o Self-efficacy
o Solution and future orientation with transfer plan
