Global Systems and Intercultural Competence (GSIK)

Kompass

University teaching - and the student teaching by tutors is no exception - is a very demanding activity for which it is important to be prepared. The challenge of advising young students in a goal-oriented manner is just as great as that of mentoring. Through the professionalised training in the programme KOMPASS, the tutors and mentors are didactically and methodically prepared for their work. A certificate is issued for participating in the basic training course. Tutors and mentors can also acquire a certificate which proves their extended training.
