It is possible to register for all events. In case there are too many registrations than there are spots, drawing by lots will determine who can attend.
After registration, you will receive an email about whether or not you have been drawn. Usually, some participants cancel before the meeting. Therefore, you should make sure to register for the event even it there are no available spots to let us know you would like to take part. Should a spot open up, we will contact you by email.
