Digital Panel: Wandel mitgestalten – Shaping Change

The topic of sustainability, which is becoming increasingly important globally, affects all people and generations. Universities also play a crucial role in this as training and research institutions, which the German Council for Sustainable Development defines in the university-specific Sustainability Code as pioneers for change processes. For these reasons, one decided to address the topic in this year's international Alumni DAAD project.

Through their participation in the further education program Shaping Change - Forum for Sustainable Living, Working and Research, international alumni from Würzburg and other German universities as well as international alumni will to come together online between October 26 and October 29, 2021. Their aim is to present their knowledge and to further develop ideas and exchange experiences.

Portraits of international participants

Prior to the actual digital panel, we want to present you the international participants. In short portraits, they spoke about their personal and scientific background as well as about the impact of the current pandemic on their daily work. As time is progressing, up until October, we will add further portraits bit by bit.
